Hi there,
Does anyone see any problems with introducing a simple switch that would only decode keyframes from a stream, to save on processing power and allow to watch a hi-def h.264 clip on ther netbook or other low spec machine (yes, with jerky motion, but "realtime" - as most consumer MP4/AVCHD cameras put a keyframe every second).
I see the application for this, that while I'm on the go, I can download MP4 clips from my camera and preview them on my netbook.
Any thoughts?
